Josie Ament

Josie Ament is our Front Office Concierge. She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, combining confidence in her abilities with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Josie is guided by our core value of being “humbly confident.” Josie believes that true professionalism means striking a balance between self-assurance and openness and stepping up when needed.

Professionally inspired by the mantra “One day? Or day one?” Josie approaches every challenge as an opportunity to take the initiative and grow. She has found that the most effective teams are built on mutual respect, where confidence is shown through actions, not ego, and where humility creates space for real collaboration.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and recharging by the ocean, with Cancun being her favorite destination.
